Kem Lolo; literally, another breath taking experience.

We did it again =)

our 2nd hiking experience

thou it's not a big deal setakat Kem Lolo, Gunung Nuang

but for us, it is!

Actually, the plan was to have another Girls' Day Out

because we really had fun previously

so, we decided this is it;

if hiking is going to be so much fun, then why dont we continue with it =)

We planned it 3weeks ago

we cant really went hiking every week can we?

we also need to work for bread and butter ;)

me personally have 2 audit assignments the past weeks.

and the never ending story of paperworks~~ boleh fingsan 

Our guide, Mr Lin or we called him abang Lin told us that our beginner's peak would be Kem Lolo

haha. one had to have a lot of stamina to go further up; of which we (read: I ) clearly dont have yet =P

We started at 10ish and reached Kem Lolo around 12ish

which is an acceptable performance for novice hikers like me

We did stop a few times along the way, mind you it's a very looonngg way especially when its raining the very morning. Nyaman sangat rasa nak tidoo je lagi. 

but I think I did pretty well, 

tak pancit sangat like the other day =P

maybe because the trek is easier (at least up until Lolo)

and I came more prepared than before

we used Hulu Langat's trek

I heard there are few other trek to Gunung Nuang

but I cant really recall it. Biasala hard disk space tak besau. hahaha. it's just another way of not admitting I'm not really paying attention what A.Lin told. hahaha. 

From out of 5 girls the other day, only me and sarah yang pergi

Hence, obviously this trip cant be named 'Another Girls Day Out' thou it was planned to be like that

Ms Eha had to work

Cik going to be Puan Shikin demam

and Cik Izzati had family emergency

but a new member joined. Topek the scandalous-fake-scandal among us all. hahaha. its a long merepek story to begin with. but let save it for another entry =)

Along the way, we can see a lot of buluh. yang besau betis aku pun ada. 

after 1/2 hour, we can see the sungai. sangat tempting nak mandi but we stick to the hiking plan 

Subahanallah sangat cantik sungai and the wild life. wild sangat la kan setakat jumpa rama2, lipan and pacat =P

we didnt went camwhoring like before

segan dengan other hiker yang rilek jeww...haha

so, I cant really share much with y'all

cukupla my eyes sebagai saksi keindahan alam tu

RM1 entrance fees is required during registration

see, even kids pun ada. sangat la bagus to spent their weekends instead of duduk depan lappy main game

A.lin was not in the picture. He was bullied as camera man. haha

We split into 3 small group. the Pros- Abg Usop, Apit and their friend 

the family- Kak Nora and anak2

and the Novice- A. lin as guider, we all 3 orang and En. Fifi and kids- anis and abang (i cant remember his name too). Anis is training for Mt Kinabalu's trip end of this year. 

the Pros zup zap zuup je sampai atas

while we all take our own sweet and sweat time

i sweat like crazy. but the good kind of sweat feeling

Topek was worried sebab we olls tak de proper stretching. i only stretched my finger =P

Topek was worried kena tinggal

I said to him, no worries. I'll teman you. Padahal tu semua poyo. alasan je sebab Iolls pun lambat

Topek was bullied to carry my bag half way thru.

3 liter of glucose, and some chocolate and some baju2

and I was a one happy hiker..hahahaha

I cant imagine if I were to carry 10 liter punya bag like other hiker yang bermalam.

maybe if I can shed off my own 'lebihan muatan', mungkin boleh ;)

After 2hours journey, we safely reached Kem Lolo

it was so exciting seeing people camping along the way

some even cooked burger

and the smell, ahhh it made my stomach growling 

at the Kem side, we met up with the Pros yang tengah santai rehat

and also Kak Nik and A.Fauzi.

those two stay overnight 

a lot other hikers did the same; berhenti rehat camping dekat Lolo before teruskan journey to the summit

we makan2 and did some borak2 lagi 

while the Family reached Lolo's 15minutes after us

the kids went down swimming which I was so jelly....hahaha...of course! the sungai is to die for. sangat bersih, cantik and nyaman

Maybe next time, we will come ourselves girls only for mandi manda session. hehe

oh, btw there's another tempat mandi manda sekitar kawasan Kem Dusun Tua

and ada small kolam air panas. of which we olls tengok je... haha.. 

after 40minutes of rest, we climb down

kena marah sebab we olls slow. effect orang belakang =P

tengokla nanti stamina dah build in zup zap je kang aku jalan...poyo nye la hai angan2. 

we reached approximately 2 hours later

the Pros (inclusive K.Nik and A.Fauzi) was leading

En. Fifi and Kids and Topek pun dah jauh kedepan

while A.Lin, Sara and I taking our own sweet (again!) time down the road

of which we cover a lot of topics along the way

just to divert our (read: my) attention from exhaustion

girls and gossip, tak pernah penat 

we discussed from vehicles, work and up to marriage.

its good to hear others life story

it's such an inspirational one 

We took shower and change to fresh clothes before went home. 

it was a good must have experience

if you love Broga, you'll definitely love this one

lagi2 yang suka mandi sungai tu,

takyah panjat sampai summit pun takpe

This is us, lepas sampai bawah

orang lain tak join pun amik gambar

because to them Nuang is another playground

while for us, it's an achievement

kita dua yang eksaited bergambar

Next, maybe Nuang lagi or some other places

and maybe if we are ready enough we'll camp too

tengok la macam mana

as for now, dapat trip sehari pun dah happy...
