Geram tahap annoying

Eh, aku geramm la pulok
thou aku memang la dah lama kerja sini compared to you but interms of working experience (in years) i'm still a junior. you dont bother to ask around until i ask you the progress. hello, u as superior, u're the one that should be checking my work not the other way around. 

There is a huge difference between segregation of duty and dumping everything
As a leader, u should have plan ur odit. this assignment was assigned to us a month ago. 
and i've said that i've prepared a draft on it and i let u to check but yet u didnt.
as if u sorang je busy. what the @#$% ??? 

i dont understand how u expect people are going to treat u
since u're my superior, u can just dump everything?? 
and i need to remind u few times macam kan aku terhegeh sangat nak mintak tolong kau
i'm helping u not the other way around
as junior, my opinion is limited and that's where your experience take place. to fill in the gap.

why do you think the company is paying u for the 'superior' position if u can just dump everything to ur subordinates and not taking the responsibility as u should in the first place

aku perhati je perangai kau macam mana. 
and i can feel this thing is coming (read: ur 'dumping' strategy) 
but if this effected the odit process, memang la kan..........................
