i was struck to see less car travelling this morning
compared to the usual forever-jam-packed view i saw every other morning .
then, i remember. cuti sekolah....=)
that explain a lot. office-working parents, calon pengantin ramai yang suka cuti sekolah
it's convenient to plan your holidays i guess
as for wedding pulak, banyak tenaga boleh dikerahkan untuk majlis =)
of which i clearly remember my uncle and auntie 'hiring' us the nephews and nieces to help out during the kenduri kendara. a cheap labor for them and an exciting experience for us the kids running busying ourselves. hahaha...
there were time after all uncles and auntie dah married,
during semester break or school holidays i would still be very busy sebab i joined the caterer
they pay me handsomely; berbaloi la dengan the workload kan ;)
if i joined the cutting and cooking session, dapat lebih lagi =)
most of the time, i would be in-charge of meja pengantin; not the lauk pengantin thou
i dont know what 'disaster' would come if i were to incharge of the lauk pengantin..hahaha
i cant really remember what i did with all the wages received
obviously not menabung =P
and now, after graduate,
there come the zaman i called 'zaman mengawan' hahahahaa
friends of same age, ramai yang berkahwin.
guess people nowadays they're more stable at the age of 23, 24,25 gitu
stable here in term of emotional, financial and responsibility
for me takde istilah kawin muda ke tua
its should be kawin matang ke tidak.
hence, this is the picture from yesterday's wedding
she's my schoolmate masa kat Terendak dulu =)
not the same class, tapi same batch and same persatuan
if i dont know her, i wouldnt know she's 25 because of her petite body....=)
we had a delicious nasi minyak with rendang daging, ayam masak merah, acar timun, ciken goreng (i love to pronounce it this way); kerepeks and kuihs and favourite of all: ice-cream!!
sangat heaven dapat ice-cream masa cuaca panas.
tak ramai from our batch yang datang.
but we have a good 'catch-up' time
after the wedding, since i carpool with hidayat, balik pun dengan beliau la
the other girls, they went for sightseeing at the nearest beach- Morib
me and hidayat went sesat barat after that.
masuk SKVE mana tah. hahaha..... geng tak hingat jalan *gimme 5*
masa pergi, we follow another car. that's why selamat sampai ke destinasi within one hour.
nothing to proud of. hahaha...lainla explore, sesat and jumpa sendiri jalan kan...
at the same time, my adik angkat's reception on the same day
tapi i didnt go =(
sebab jauh nun kat Perlis and dengan kerja yang melambak, i cant afford to take leave this week (kalau ke Perlis, 2 hari tak cukup. atleast 4 to 5 days. travelling pun dah makan satu hari).
another wedding in 2 weeks time at Gambang, Kuantan.
Tentatively, April's would be a busy month for me.
with 3 weeks in a row odit's assignments (that mean 3 reports in a row T__T )
dengan plan nak hiking with The Girls lagi.
banyak plan dah ni. hopefully dengan kebizian, boleh la kurus...sangattt *mata ke atas*
